We are a small team working hard to fulfil your orders. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed before shipment.
All orders are posted with a tracking reference. You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

Ireland Shipping
We offer Royal Mail Tracked International Shipping on all orders to the Republic of Ireland. For ROI customers, we recommend you purchase a full course of Mega Mane (3 bottles) as this will be the most cost effective delivery solution for you.
Peak Season
Please note that orders placed during peak times or during promotional offers may take an additional 3-7 days to be delivered due to increased volume in the warehouse or carrier delays at peak season. We appreciate your patience!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Personal care & beauty products cannot be refunded. We don't offer returns or exchanges on any of our products, unless the product arrives damaged.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us & return within 30 days of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
