How subscriptions work

Subscribe & Save is designed to make staying consistent with Mega Mane simple. 

Your subscription renews automatically each month. Once your payment has been successfully processed, your next bottle of Mega Mane will be prepared and sent directly to you — no need to place another order.

Why consistency matters

Mega Mane isn't about overnight fixes.

We recommend taking Mega Mane consistently for at least three months to begin seeing improvements in your hair. Subscribe & Save makes it easier to maintain that routine, with your next bottle arriving automatically each month.

We'll remember your reorder, so you can focus on your routine.

 

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription any time through your customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below.

You can access your customer portal using the link in the email you received when you placed your first subscription order. If you can’t see this email in your inbox, it’s worth checking your junk or spam folder too, just in case it’s landed there. You can also access your subscription through your Mega Mane account.

Can I skip or reschedule a delivery?

Yes. Your subscription is designed to work around you.

If you're going away, still have some Mega Mane left, or simply want to take a break between courses, you can skip or reschedule your next subscription through your customer portal.

To skip your next order, select Skip payment beside the scheduled delivery. To change the date, select Reschedule beside the delivery date.

 

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If we're unable to renew your subscription because a payment hasn't been processed successfully, we'll send you an email with a secure link to update your payment method.

Your next bottle of Mega Mane will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully processed.
