Important Information.

Equisetum arvense, or common horsetail is a type of fern which has a long history of use as a herbal remedy on account of its beneficial properties.
It is considered to be the leading plant source of silica, a natural compound which plays a significant role in the formation of the fibrous proteins, collagen and keratin.
MSM [Methyl-sulfonyl-methane]
Known as the "beauty mineral", MSM helps maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of skin cells, improving skin structure, elasticity and condition for a healthy-looking complexion as well as maintaining the strong condition of hair and nails.
